Soluno launches MyUser – a user portal

When you, as a user, get more control over your services, you get more out of them, at the same time as it becomes more fun to use them.

We started from that premise when we created MyUser; an interface where our end users can manage their own exchange account.

One portal for administrators and one for users

We have, quite some time, developed MySoluno, Soluno’s own Self Service portal. MySoluno is a portal where you can, among other things, administer the company’s exchange, users and subscriptions. However, this is only a portal for those who have administrative rights. This is for obvious reasons, as you must have the right qualifications to be able to make orders and changes in the company’s exchange.

MyUser, on the other hand, can be used by anyone. In a playful and user-friendly interface, you can handle the most common functions, in a simple and intuitive way.

MyUser is for the user

The service is a web-based interface, where you as a customer can manage and administer your user account, your devices and see your add-on services, if you have any. It does not matter if you have our Mobile App, Softphone or a desk phone, the service is available to you regardless.

What can you do in MyUser?

In MyUser, you manage some of the most common functions for your user account. For example, you can see how much data you have consumed, you can select your caller ID or your presence and you can log in and out of the ACD groups you belong to.

Should you, for example, lose your mobile phone, you can, from MyUser, lock your SIM card. And if you have forgotten your PIN or PUK code, you can get them here. In addition, can listen to your voicemails, directly from the interface.

You can also get installation information for our mobile app and Softphone, if you have, for example, changed to a new computer or mobile.
