Want to make changes to your subscription?
If you are an admin for your company PBX, you can quickly and easily make changes to your subscriptions, directly in MySoluno. You can create, change or remove mobile subscriptions that are located in your organization. In addition, you can do lots of other useful things, such as helping colleagues with PIN and PUK codes, see data consumption and send out configuration SMS. This is a service that helps you keep track of your surf while traveling. Travel pass allow you to order a predetermined surf volume at a one-time cost that you can use abroad in a selected zone. When the validity period has expired or the amount of browsing is exhausted, the service is automatically disconnected.

Frequently asked questions about mobile subscriptions for companies
We have made it easy. If the mobile surf was to run out, the user automatically receives a text-message. By answering the text with, for example “1GB”, the subscription will be filled up with the desired amount. You can also email an order for more surf to firstname.lastname@example.org and thus fill the surf amount.
The term Roam like at home means that you have the same surf amount throughout the EU, so you can surf the data volume that is included in your subscription. Previously, it has been very expensive to surf as soon as you get outside of your home country, something that has caused problems for many people over the years. With Roam like home, you are charged as usual for your surf as long as you are in the EU and have not been staying abroad for more than 4 months.
Employers can offer their employees tax-free mobile telephony for private use but must meet a few requirements. The subscription must have a fixed fee, private use should not be different from job use and the use of mobile telephony must be of essential importance to the employee.

If you have problems with your mobile not connecting to a carrier abroad, try activating Airplane Mode on your device, wait 10 seconds, and then deactivate Airplane mode again. Then your mobile phone will automatically search the network again. If this does not work, please contact our support as soon as possible, please have information such as approximate address where you are located, as this will be requested by you in order for us to report a fault to the carrier in the country you are located.
In this case, double check that data roaming is enabled on your mobile phone. Without this asset you can only make/receive calls and send/receive SMS. If it still does not work, but you have been abroad earlier this month, then it may be so that you hit your roaming maximum, which according to EU rules should be 50 euros/month. If you have hit your roaming maximum you should have received a text message about this and suggestions on raising your ceiling by replying to a text message. Note that purchasing a travel pass-package does not raise your roaming maximum, this must be done separately. This is because the roaming maximum is a fraud / fraud check, and not a cost control like our roaming packages.
